Final Product

The product as it is used by the end consumer—without further processing. This is interesting when defining the system boundaries for e.g. a PCF or when defining if the products you are selling need further processing.

Example: A car, as sold to a driver, is a final product.

Tip: If you are for example selling granulates you are selling an intermediate product, therefore you might need to account for emissions in Scope 3.10 (processing of sold products) as well.
